Your Initial Appointment
Appointments can be made by calling Dr Bhatia’s consulting rooms most suitable for you.
To make an appointment with Dr Daman Bhatia, you will need a valid referral from your GP of other specialist.
Your GP may send a copy of your referral electronically to our team. Alternatively, if you have a copy of your referral, please email it to us at with your contact details (name, telephone and email address). You can also fax your referral to your chosen practice below.
Our reception team will contact you to confirm your details and schedule your appointment.
Please ensure that you have booked and attend the appointment at that particular location. The practices are not linked, so all ongoing care will occur via the same practice.

Our practice strives to keep to appointment times, however sometimes more complex issues do arise and there can be delays. Dr Bhatia is committed to comprehensive care for each patient. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding if you experience a delay whilst waiting for your appointment.
What should I bring to my initial appointment?
Referral letter from your GP or referring specialist
List of medications
Medicare card and Private health insurance membership details
Any results from imaging/scans, hearing test/audiogram that you have had done relevant to your ENT issue (eg CT scan of sinuses)
Patient Fees & Payments
You will be informed of the fees at the time of calling to book your appointment. The consultation fees are partly covered by medicare.
Surgical fees vary according to surgeon, clinical situation and your individual private health cover (insurer, type of policy and level of cover). If Dr Bhatia has recommended surgery as part of your treatment, our team will prepare a separate quote for you.

Each practice has convenient parking options.
MQ ENT and The ENT Centre in Hornsby are also located within walking distance to train stations.
